# Pricing

Prices excl. VAT. Quentin Andrieux, independent AI engineer, https://quentinandrieux.com/

## Step 1: AI diagnostic + prototype

- **Price:** €5,000 excl. VAT (indicative price).
- **Duration:** 5 business days.
- **Day 1, on site:** interviews with the managing director and the three to five people who do the work. Access to tools and data.
- **Day 2:** map of opportunities, costed in hours and euros, ranked by effort and impact. The prototype is chosen with the client.
- **Days 3 and 4:** the prototype is built on the company's real data, connected to the tools the teams already use.
- **Day 5:** live demonstration, costed roadmap, decision on next steps.
- **Deliverables:** the opportunity map, a working prototype (kept by the client whatever happens next), a costed roadmap including real running costs.

## Step 2: build sprint

- **Duration:** two weeks.
- **Scope:** turn the prototype into a production tool used by the teams.
- **Price:** quoted in advance in the roadmap delivered at the end of step 1.

## Step 3: ongoing support

- **Format:** a few days per month to extend the system and add new use cases, at the pace of the return on investment.
- **Day rate:** €1,000 excl. VAT.

## Ownership and confidentiality
